What's in it for you?A House Hunter is someone who goes out and finds great house deals. You set your own hours, determine your own work schedule and can make as much as
$5000 a month in your spare time. You could do this. You could make serious money- even more than $5,000 a month- if you are dedicated and you are a self starter.
How does it work?You can work free lance and provide great house deals to a "wholesaler" or to a "rehabber- retailer." You can assign your contractual interests or just find houses.
When do you get paid? You get paid when we buy the house. You don't have to wait until I sell it.
Do you need be an entity?House Hunters who have an arrangement with us usually operate with a corporation or a LLC. They are easy to set up and provide distinct benefits. Information is available on them.
But you will not be an employee. How do you get your training?We will provide the training for our House Hunters. We want you to receive the proper information.

What materials do you need? All you need it this
HOUSE HUNTER GUIDE, a clipboard and a pen.
Do you get reimbursed for expenses?No. You are not an employee. You are an independent contractor.
What are you expected to find?You will primarily look for houses that have obvious deferred maintenance, are abandoned, have functional obsolesce or other issues. You also may find houses where the owner just wants out.

INFO SHEETS out and keep them with you. You never know when you will need them.
